Are you a trader or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory. We design and produce a range of barbecue grills, BBQ accessories, Smart BBQ Controller, and pizza ovens.

Do you provide fress samples?

Yes, we provide a free sample. When you place the bulk order, we will refund the sample fee.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

About 3-7 days subject to our latest stock status. Custom samples need to be confirmed through consultation.

Do you support mix orders?

Yes,our company totally support mix orders into one container.

Do you have any certificates for your products?

YES. Most of our products have been approved with international product quality certification. Such as GS, EN1860,LFGB,CE and so on.

What's the lead time?

About 35-45 working days upon order confirmation. We will show you photos of the products and packages before payment of the balance. You can also arrange an inspection before shipping.

Can you do the design for us?

Yes, OEM&ODM is acceptable if large quantity.

Can I visit your factory/showroom?

Yes! Warmly welcome to visit our factory. And it would be great if you can inform us in advance.

What's the MOQ?

If we have stock, 1pc is acceptable; if we don’t have stock, one 40HQ container is our minimum order quantity. It depends on the products.

How to guarantee the quality of products?
We have a professional QC team to make sure each process is right.

What happens if something goes wrong?
The delivery date is delayed due to an accident in the production process. We will compensate for all losses.
